International Human Rights Day is celebrated on 10 December, the day of the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. The European Convention on Human Rights is a legal act of the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Rights and Freedoms, adopted in Rome on 4 November 1950. The first signatories of the Convention were: Belgium, United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, France and the Netherlands. Bosnia and Herzegovina has ratified the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and Annex 6 of the Constitution provides the highest level of internationally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms.

The EUIC, together with Pravo ljudski film festival in Sarajevo organized a conference on inclusive education of vulnerable categories of children within the program “Zoom rights in school.”
